Refund Policy
EntryGuard is a B2B SaaS platform operated by Entropy Lab SRL ("we", "us"). This Refund Policy applies to all paid transactions for EntryGuard.
1. 14-day refund
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any paid invoice. If you are not satisfied with EntryGuard for any reason, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date and we will refund that invoice in full.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments and refunds for EntryGuard are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address of the account owner, including:
- Your organization name and EntryGuard account email
- The invoice number or date of the charge you would like refunded
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and equivalent statutory rights under the laws of the Republic of Moldova or your country of residence.
